Committees

Committees are the lifeblood to a condo association and a valuable asset to the Board of Directors for the ongoing operation of the community. 

 

The following Charter have been developed to outline the purpose, mission, and responsibilities for each committee.  If interested in volunteering to participate in a committee, stop by the association office to request information and submit your name for consideration.

Rules and Regulations

Advise and assist the Board on all matters pertaining to the Rules and Regulations.

Finance

Advise and assist the Board of Directors in planning and administering a program of asset management for the Association.

Fining and Grievance

Determine and recommend compliance to violations of Association rules and regulations.

Landscape

Preserve and enhance the physical environment of the community..

Architectural

Oversee architectural standards in the community and review unit owner change requests.  

Social

Develop and organize a community leisure-time program for all age groups and interests.
